Lake Diefenbaker is a vast and sprawling lake. At 220 km long you will find very little boat traffic. Water sports, sailing, and windsurfing are all activities that are more enjoyable with ample space. Its 800 km of shoreline and bays will leave you free to explore and play all summer.
Lake Diefenbaker is home to Northern Pike, Walleye, Rainbow and Lake Trout, Yellow Perch, Whitefish, Goldeye, and Burbot. Currently, there are three world record-breaking catches with two Rainbow Trout at 43lbs (2007) and 48lbs (2009), and a Burbot at 25lbs (2010). No matter where you decide to drop your line - year-round fishing is reliable and exciting at Lake Diefenbaker.
Beaver Ridge is surrounded by golf. There is a nine-hole course at the Resort Village of Beaver Flat, and three 18-hole courses are only 30 minutes away.
